“I don’t have time.” - People on the verge of burnout

“I don’t have time.” - People on the verge of burnout

If I had a dollar for every time I heard this phrase, I would be

I am constantly encouraging clients to incorporate stress reducing practices into their daily lives because they CANNOT achieve a healthy, happy life without it.

“Just 10 minutes a day.” I say.

“I don’t have 10 minutes.” They reply.

“That is a YOU problem.” I respond lovingly.

If you are unable to find 10 minutes in your day that is just for you, it’s not because your life is more chaotic & stressful than anyone else’s…

IT’S BECAUSE YOU DON’T HAVE BOUNDARIES.

If this is you, please know…

Your productivity does NOT equal your worth

YOU are solely responsible for your health & wellbeing

YOU are solely responsible for enforcing your boundaries

Also know that if you do not make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for your illness.

You are not a machine.

And hey… even machines get regular downtime for routine maintenance!

You should too.

Stress management is a DAILY practice. It doesn’t have to be elaborate or expensive… it just simply needs to be done to be effective.

You were not meant to live life stressed out & overwhelmed… that is NOT living.

You are meant to live life happy, healthy & free. Claim it.

Start today with 10 minutes of putting yourself & your health first. No excuses.

XO,

Stacie
